I am an average sized adult and the smallest width was plenty comfortable.It also has a removable, machine-washable cotton cover.
I ordered this item directly from the manufacturer, Absolute Comfort.They fulfilled my order very promptly and shipping was free.This item was also much less expensive than similar or identical folding foam mattresses advertised by other web-based vendors.
